    We start with a frequent process whose inputs and owner are visible.

  2. Can mistakes be contained?

    The first pilot excludes autonomous payments, sending, deletion and high-impact decisions.

  3. Can people review the output?

    Every learner practises the same named approval and exception path.

  4. Can progress be supported?

    Seats are assigned only when onboarding, access and support responsibilities are clear.
