Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases of RoutineSmith digital training supplied by Imacro Trading LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
Course access
A paid licence grants the named learner personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course. Team and Business plans grant the stated number of learner seats. Course materials may not be copied, resold, shared publicly or used to train another commercial product.
Payment and invoices
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Stripe processes payment and may collect billing details, tax identification and applicable taxes. A payment receipt and, when enabled at checkout, a paid invoice are provided electronically.
Educational scope
The course provides private, non-accredited professional training. Examples use controlled or synthetic data. Students remain responsible for reviewing automations, protecting credentials, complying with workplace policies and testing before production use.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the course available and current, but third-party interfaces may change. We may update lessons, examples or tooling while preserving the course’s core learning outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Imacro Trading LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a learner’s implementation of an automation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Imacro Trading LLC in Wyoming, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in a purchaser’s location.
