Imacro Trading LLC operates RoutineSmith. We collect only the information needed to sell, provide and support the training.
Information we use
- Purchaser email and a secure access session used to deliver the course.
- Email address, optional role and consent choices when you request a free resource.
- Company, work email, role, team size, workflow goal and contact permission when you request an assisted team pilot review.
- Billing details, tax information and payment status processed by Stripe.
- Licence, seat allocation, course progress and support communications.
- Pseudonymous first-party events such as page views, pricing views, resource requests, checkout starts and course progress milestones, including campaign labels supplied in the URL.
- Basic security and service logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to fulfil your order, review requested team pilots, issue invoices, grant course access, prevent misuse, provide support and meet legal accounting obligations.
Service providers
Payment data is handled by Stripe. Transactional access email is delivered by Resend. Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information. RoutineSmith's basic funnel and learning measurement uses a temporary pseudonymous session identifier in session storage; it does not set an advertising cookie or create a behavioural advertising profile.
Retention and rights
Transaction records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Access records are retained while the licence is active. Free-resource request and delivery records are retained only while needed to deliver the resource, prevent repeated abuse, document consent and measure acquisition; contacts with continuing marketing consent remain until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer operationally necessary. Pseudonymous analytics and security records are retained only while needed for campaign comparison, service integrity and abuse prevention. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
